Flat, closed-toe shoes are also recommended and where possible, avoid skirts/dresses or accessories that may get in the way. If you have any concerns about mobility or physical participation, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What if I can't participate in a practical demonstration due to an injury or condition?

Entry Requirements

To successfully participate in this course, learners should have the following skills and access to support their learning and practical assessments:

Prerequisite: Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate
Minimum Age: 16 years old
Physical Capacity: Must be able to perform practical demonstrations, including 2 minutes of continuous CPR compressions, rescue breathing, and oxygen therapy procedures on manikins
Technology Access: Reliable access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone for online learning
