We recommend wearing comfortable and practical clothing that allows for ease of movement. As CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity such as kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions on a manikin, you’ll want to be comfortable. Flat, closed-toe shoes are also recommended and where possible, avoid skirts/dresses or accessories that may get in the way. If you have any concerns about mobility or physical participation, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
