With over 40 years of experience in adult education and training, I have developed a strong background in designing and delivering high-quality training programs. After 20 years in the RAN my last couple of years for mentoring Junior Offices in Navigation training. My journey with DMS Maritime / Serco Defence began in 1998, And in 2001 I commence with the DMS RTO as a Training and Assessor, mentoring DMS trainees,  where I honed my skills in engaging adult learners.
