DMS Maritime – Serco’s own RTO

DMS Maritime is Serco’s internal Registered Training Organisation that focuses on delivering professional development and vocational training programs. The RTO provides accredited training and assessment services to Serco employees as well as external learners, enabling all participants to acquire industry-recognised qualifications and enhance their skills.. This facilitates career growth, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory standards. Through a structured curriculum and experienced trainers, DMS Maritime ensures workforce readiness aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and sector requirements.
