Margaret is our Compliance Officer, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of compliance within our RTO. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring all learning and operational processes align with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations, with particular focus on the credentialing, qualification, and currency of our trainers and assessors.

Margaret meticulously oversees the accuracy and integrity of trainer files, assessment tools, learner guides, and supporting documentation, ensuring all records meet regulatory and audit requirements. Her extensive experience in document control and compliance systems enables her to maintain organised, complete, and easily accessible records that support both trainers and learners.
