At Serco Defence RTO, we recognise that learners come from diverse backgrounds and may have varying levels of language, literacy, numeracy, and digital (LLND) skills. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all learners have the opportunity to succeed.
As part of our enrolment process, learners may be asked to complete an LLND assessment to help identify any areas where additional support may be beneficial. Where needed, reasonable adjustments and tailored support strategies are provided to ensure learners can fully engage with their training.
Our goal is to remove barriers to learning and ensure every individual has the tools and confidence to achieve their goals.
