Your concerns matter

At Serco Defence RTO, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. We value all feedback and take complaints seriously as part of our continuous improvement process.

If you have experienced an issue or are dissatisfied with any aspect of your training, assessment, or interaction with our team, you are encouraged to raise a complaint.

We recommend attempting to resolve the issue informally by speaking directly with the person involved or your trainer. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may submit a formal complaint.

All complaints will be handled fairly, promptly, confidentially, and without any disadvantage to the person making the complaint.
