At Serco Defence RTO, we are committed to delivering fair, transparent, and consistent training and assessment services. Learners have the right to appeal any decision made in relation to their training outcomes or assessment results.
If you believe a decision was made in error or handled unfairly, we encourage you to first discuss the matter with your trainer or assessor. If the issue is not resolved informally, you are entitled to lodge a formal appeal.
All appeals will be managed promptly, confidentially, and without any disadvantage to the learner.
