What should I wear for CPR and First Aid training?

We recommend wearing comfortable and practical clothing that allows for ease of movement. As CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity such as kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions on a manikin, you'll want to be comfortable. Flat, closed-toe shoes are also recommended and where possible, avoid skirts/dresses or accessories that may get in the way. If you have any concerns about mobility or physical participation, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What if I can't participate in a practical demonstration due to an injury or condition?

We understand that some participants may have physical limitations or injuries that could impact their ability to perform certain components of CPR and First Aid training, such as kneeling or conducting compressions.
