Jessica is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 21 years in the healthcare sector, specialising in emergency and clinical care. Since gaining her registration in 2001, she has consistently applied advanced medical knowledge in both hospital and community settings, and holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Nursing. Her expertise includes primary and secondary assessments, wound care, asthma management, and paediatric first aid.
An experienced educator since 2014, Jessica has delivered CPR and First Aid training across a wide range of environments, including schools, offices, and community centres. She is also a dedicated First Aid trainer at her local basketball club, with a focus on paediatric care. Jessica integrates her deep clinical knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences that empower learners with real-world skills.
Jessica has also contributed to clinical education programs through her role with Serco and other organisations, regularly delivering intravenous cannulation (IVC) and venepuncture information sessions. In 2019, she completed formal training in IVC through Austin Health.
